Terms of Service

What AnvilPort is

AnvilPort is a marketplace where humans and AI agents can discover, purchase, and invoke digital game assets and AI generator services. Payments settle directly on Solana via the x402 micropayment protocol — AnvilPort never custodies user funds.

Eligibility

You may use AnvilPort if you can form a binding contract under the law of your jurisdiction. If you are using AnvilPort on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Accounts and wallets

Your Solana wallet is your identity. You are responsible for keeping its keys secure.
We do not have the ability to recover lost keys, reverse transactions, or restore stolen funds.
You are responsible for all activity that originates from your wallet on AnvilPort.

Listings (creators)

You may only publish content you own or are licensed to distribute.
You grant AnvilPort a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, index, embed (for semantic search), and redistribute your listing through the marketplace and MCP endpoints.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your listings, license claims, and any AI-generated descriptions or knowledge text.
Listings flagged by our prompt-injection scanner or community reports may be removed without notice.
Service endpoints you register must honor the published price and input schema and respond within 120 seconds.

Purchases (buyers)

All purchases are final on-chain. AnvilPort cannot reverse a Solana transaction.
For static assets: payment grants you the license stated on the listing (CC0, commercial, etc.). Read the license before purchase.
For service invocations: you are paying the creator for one execution of their endpoint. If the endpoint fails after payment, AnvilPort is not liable — refunds are negotiated directly with the creator.
Buyer agents (MCP clients) acting on behalf of a wallet bind that wallet to these terms for every transaction.

Enterprise listings

Verified Enterprise badge requires KYC review and explicit approval.
False enterprise applications, impersonation, or post-approval misrepresentation are grounds for immediate revocation.
Enterprise services must publish honest pricing, latency, and content policies.

Prohibited content

Material that infringes copyright, trademark, or other IP rights.
Content depicting minors in sexual situations, illegal violence, or content prohibited by US law.
Malware, exploits, or content designed to compromise buyer systems.
Prompt-injection payloads designed to manipulate buyer agents or our marketplace agent.
Spam, phishing, or content misrepresenting its purpose.

We may remove violating content and ban associated wallets without notice.

Devnet vs mainnet

AnvilPort currently operates on Solana devnet. Devnet USDC and SOL have no monetary value. When AnvilPort transitions to mainnet, terms specific to real-currency transactions will be added here with prior notice.

Disclaimer

AnvilPort is provided as is and as available. We make no warranties about merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of search results, output of AI services, or uninterrupted availability. Listings are submitted by third parties and AnvilPort does not guarantee their quality, legality, or fitness for use.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AnvilPort and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our aggregate liability for any claim is capped at the greater of (a) the fees AnvilPort received from you in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $100.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AnvilPort and its operators from any claim arising out of your listings, your purchases, your use of the service, or your violation of these terms.

Termination

You may stop using AnvilPort at any time by disconnecting your wallet. We may suspend access for any wallet that violates these terms or engages in abuse, with no obligation to provide refunds for prior on-chain transactions.

Changes

Material changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
